Organizations on Woven Pride

First of all, thank you for your interest in being a part of the Woven Pride ohana! As Woven Pride continues to grow, organizations are added daily. There are hundreds of great organizations out there that we just haven't had the pleasure and opportunity to hear from, and yours might be one of them. Please email us at customer.relations@wovenpride.com so that we can hear about you and your organization and officially add you to the family. Once you are added, you will be able to provide your own designs or request designs be created for your organization. Additionally, you can also let us know what types of apparel and accessories your organization is interested in purchasing. Expect the process to take approximately 1-2 weeks.

Yes! If you saw a design on the website that you liked but it wasn't available on a product that you want all you have to do is let us know at customer.relations@wovenpride.com and we will get the product listed and let you know when it is available.

Depending on the complexity of the request, the Woven Pride design team will create custom logos and designs starting at $10. Custom designs take approximately 3-5 days to create. However, depending on the number of requested changes to the design after initial delivery, it could take a little longer. If you are interested in getting a custom design made for your organization please contact us at customer.relations@wovenpride.com. We'd also be interested to hear what types of products you're looking to put your new logo on.

Fundraising opportunities are available. However, the current structure of the company makes these opportunities very limited and are currently only granted to primarily Gold Star Families. That being said, please contact us at customer.relations@wovenpride.com if you are interested in fundraising through Woven Pride and we will provide you more details and let you know if we are accepting more fundraising clients. Thank you for your interest and we hope to provide this opportunity to everyone in the near future.

Order Details

In order to simplify shipping as much as possible for our customers, we've created 4 Shipping Tiers based on the purchase total. 

Tier 1: $0 - $24.99 = $5.00 Shipping

Tier 2: $25 - $49.99 = $10.00 Shipping

Tier 3: $50 - $74.99 = $15.00 Shipping

Tier 4: Order total greater than $75 is FREE!

In order to prevent waste and preserve the 'aina (land/environment), all products are Made in the USA only after the order is placed. The printing and assembling process takes approximately 2-3 business days, while shipping can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. Therefore, at the latest, you can expect your products to arrive between 2-3 weeks. Typically, products arrive to our customers' doorstep within 1 1/2 weeks.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to a variety of reasons. Primarily, multiple packages are sent in order to get you (a valued member of our Woven Pride ohana) your purchased items as soon as possible. The second reason is due to special packing considerations of fragile items. Other reasons include restrictions that need to be resolved if a custom order was placed, printing and assembly being completed at an offsite location, holiday considerations, and availability of sizes or colors of the item purchased. Regardless of how many packages your order comes in, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs. 

Bulk order discounts are available for certain items. Please contact us at customer.relations@wovenpride.com to get full pricing details.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can mail part or all of order back to the return address provided on your packing slip. Once the items arrive back at our warehouse, we will process the returned items and refund you 100% of the purchase amount for those items, no questions asked. If you need to exchange your items for a different size or have any further questions on returns please email us at customer.relations@wovenpride.com.

All profits generated through the Gold Star Collection are distributed to either the immediate family of the service member (based on the item purchased) or to Honor and Remember. Honor and Remember, Inc. is a Top Rated Non-Profit Organization that makes it their goal to publicly honor and remember every American fallen service member and recognize the enduring sacrifice of every family (https://www.honorandremember.org/). Our family has personally benefited from this organization and we support their mission 100%.
